I was so pleased today to receive my two flats of Honeycrisp apples from Pepin Heights in Minnesota. I am told they are some of the original Honeycrispers. All I can tell you is they are the best. I swear it is the only apple you have to swallow all the juice down before you can swallow the pulp. These are exceptional apples. By the way, I converted another co-worker this week. I sent her this blog, so she went out and bought some Honeycrisp apples. I got an email after she tried her first one. It read: "Your hype was right. It's the best apple I've ever eaten." Enough said!
